This project designed as a space for teaching seamlessly links with the original late 1800’s two-story Italianate residence.  The 28’ x 20’ space serves as a place for our client to conduct voice lessons.  The open floor plan allows not only for lessons but also for guests to sit in on performances.  Above the first floor space is a complete guest suite providing living quarters for visitors or as a space for aging parents.
